You will find hand sanitizer stations at multiple locations throughout the museum and all bathrooms are open to promote handwashing. Pick up a complimentary stylus (yours to keep!) at the admissions or information desk to use for elevator buttons and interactive gallery displays.
Timed tickets are strongly encouraged and are quick and easy to reserve. Stay as long as you would like. You can exit and reenter as you need — just show your e-ticket at admissions.
Available for both iOS and Android mobile devices, download free self-guided audio tours to get the most out of your visit. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the museum. Docent-led guided tours are unavailable until further notice.
The museum boutique is open. Online shopping is also available at store.aamstage.org. Members receive a 10% discount on all purchases. All proceeds help support programming at the Asian Art Museum.
Payment by credit and debit card is strongly encouraged, but cash will be accepted.
The coat check is currently closed. Small backpacks can be worn on the chest, over one shoulder or carried by one’s side while in the museum.
We encourage you to keep a minimum of six feet of distance from others during your visit.
